Meet the team
Darren is a military veteran with a bachelors in Forest Biology at Colorado State University. Post graduation he worked for the Forest Service on disease and insect research throughout the west and Alaska. Eventually he returned to his home state of Colorado and applied his skills to arboriculture where he has been working ever since. He believes in being a lifelong learner, and trees continue to be his passion.
Nathan started his career in trees while working as a wildland firefighter for the Bureau of Land Management. He spent his early years fighting forest fires over the summers and working as an arborist over the winters. In these demanding work environments Nathan excelles at mitigating risk and works continuously to improve his craft. Nathan still works as a firefighter at Mountainview Fire Department, but loves being an arborist and working with trees.
